Biography

Mr Kanyi, the founding partner of the firm and a notary public of the supreme court of Nigeria is an erudite lawyer with over 35 years of experience in diverse areas of law spanning across Commercial law Practice, Capital market, Investment banking, Oil and Gas, Litigation, Venture capital, private equity, Alternative dispute Resolutions and general legal advisory.

He is also registered with the Law society in the united kingdom, which enables him to go into practice with solicitors in England and Wales.

Key Achievements

• In the course of his employment and practice
• he has participated in multifarious pursuits like; Served as a Judge in the African Universities' International Arbitration Moot Competition held in Kenya. A key member of a world Bank Team that organized the All African Conference on Law
• Justice. and Development held in Abuja under the auspices of the supreme court of Nigeria that sought to seek means of promoting the rule of law and good governance in Africa in order to enhance Africa's prospects for achieving the Millennium Development Goals. He Participated in
• reviewed and coordinated activities of various teams that carried out leg audits in the litigation and credit risk management divisions of various financial institutions; Citibank Nigeria
