He regularly advises various corporate institutions on issues relating to corporate restructuring. He has been part of some of the firm’s major corporate transactions in recent years, some of which include the divestment of a $2.7bn interest in a PPP and the corporate advisory team for a major international M&A and AMCON’s interest in Consolidated Discounts Limited.
Osarume has good experience in rendering advisory services on immigration requirements and formalities and he assists in procuring business permits, expatriate quotas and temporary work permits. He is a valuable asset to the firm.
