Oluwatosin is a dynamic and seasoned lawyer called to the Nigerian bar in 2012 with specific interests in commercial law, human rights law and family law.

Before joining the firm, she practiced law in couple of firms including Adekunle Ojo & Associates, McPherson Barristers & Solicitors and George Etomi & Partners where she was exposed to wealth of experiences especially in the legal areas which include commercial law, energy law, civil and criminal litigation. She has made several appearances both at the lower and appellate courts, conducted trials and argued applications against senior counsels even a Life Bencher.

She is also seasoned in legal research, legal drafting, and currently researching on human rights issues particularly as regards Child’s Right to Education in relation to the Almajiris in Nigeria and Freedom of Expression and Digital Rights. Her interest in human rights informed her participation in the West Africa Litigation Surgery on Freedom of Expression and Digital Rights under the auspices of the Media Legal Defence Initiative (MLDI), and completion of certificate course in International and African Legal Framework on Freedom of Expression, Access to Information and Safety of Journalists facilitated by the UNESCO and University of Pretoria, South Africa. And she has written several articles to her credit.

In the area of commercial law, she majors in intellectual property particularly copyright law. Her interest in copyright law informed her to enrol and successfully complete a certificate course in copyright (CopyrightX) facilitated by the Harvard Law School in conjunction with the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
